Both ex teachers for far too many years to remember.

Both love France having spent many happy holidays here 

In 2016 we fell in love with a water mill in the Sarthe and life changed. Not only did we buy the mill and embark on a renovation project that takes all our time, energy and money but we very soon couldn’t bear to leave it and decided to move here permanently.

Why? The space. The nature. The people. The peace and quiet. The food. The wine. The culture. The value placed on family and friends. Did I mention the wine?
